Read this week's class news. Craig Muller teaches math and science both to middle schoolers and to students in the Intermediate Team, where he shares teaching duties with Audra dePrisco. Although this is Craig's first year as a teacher at Greenwood Friends, he had already been a member of the GFS family as a parent and volunteer for several years. Craig lives in the Danville area with his wife Valerie and their two children, Morgan and Daniel. The first part of Craig's professional career was as a real estate broker in Philadelphia. After Morgan's birth, he became a stay-at-home dad. During this time, he attended Rowan University, earning a B.S. in computer science. In 2005, Craig received a masters degree in education from Bloomsburg University. Craig has completed internships at GFS and in the Danville School District. He did his student teaching in the Warrior Run district and substituted in a number of area districts. Craig is eager to share his passion for math, science, and technology with Greenwood students. He enjoys his work as treasurer of a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, playing and coaching soccer, and raising sheep. --Last updated 05-Sep-2006. |
