Audra dePrisco and Craig Muller

Read this week's class news.

Audra dePrisco is in her sixth year at Greenwood Friends School, and Craig Muller is in his first.

Audra dePrisco

Audra received her B.S. in education with a minor in theatre arts from Bloomsburg University and has worked with a variety of age levels from preschool to middle school.

Before Greenwood, Audra taught in multi-graded classrooms at Town and Country Day School in Harrisburg. There she started a drama club and designed a "Shakespeare on the Playground" themed week for the school's summer program.

Audra enjoys being a weekend thespian during the summer. You may have seen her as the daffy Amanda Chickenwing in the summer 2006 Alumni Players' production of Murder in the Magnolias at Bloomsburg University.

In addition to theatre, Audra loves traveling, cooking, and reading. She and her husband Jeremy, a local musician, recently purchased their first home in Bloomsburg.

Craig Muller

Although this is Craig's first year as a teacher at Greenwood Friends, he had already been a member of the GFS family as a parent and volunteer for several years.

Craig lives in the Danville area with his wife Valerie and their two children, Morgan and Daniel.

The first part of Craig's professional career was as a real estate broker in Philadelphia. After Morgan's birth, he became a stay-at-home dad. During this time, he attended Rowan University, earning a B.S. in computer science. In 2005, Craig received a masters degree in education from Bloomsburg University.

Craig has completed internships at GFS and in the Danville School District. He did his student teaching in the Warrior Run district and substituted in a number of area districts.

Craig is eager to share his passion for math, science, and technology with Greenwood students. He enjoys his work as treasurer of a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, playing and coaching soccer, and raising sheep.
