Shirley Broadt
Shirley Broadt has been part of the GFS staff since the earliest years. Her title was changed from administrative assistant to office manager in 2001.
Shirley and husband Ken have two sons, Brian, an advertising representative, and Bradley, a Ford parts clerk. Brian and daughter-in-law Sara have two boys -- Jason, a middle school student this year, and Zachary, who is in third grade. Sara received her master's degree in elementary education from Bloomsburg University in December 2006.
Ken is semi-retired and it is wonderful to come home and find the grass all mowed and sometimes the weeding all done.
Shirley had her 64 1/2 Ford Mustang repainted and is now tooling around the countryside. Shirley enjoys spending time with her grandchildren (she goes to many, many baseball games in spring and summer), reading, and traveling.
