Director of Development |
Jo DeMarco
Jo DeMarco became director of development in April 2007. She came to GFS with years of experience in institutional advancement at high school and university levels.
As development director, she works to raise funds to support the school's programs. She is in charge of Greenwood's annual giving program and seeks out grants, gifts, and other sources of income for the school.
Before coming to GFS, Jo served as director of annual fund and foundation relations at Wyoming Seminary, director of development at College Misericordia, and director of corporate and foundation relations at Marywood University. She also has worked at Bloomsburg University as director of publications, research associate/proposal writer, and assistant director of development.
She lives near Bloomsburg with her husband Mike, a veterinarian. They have two adult children, Tory and Peter.
