The Admissions Process in Preschool: A Checklist

Family contacts Greenwood to inquire about admission.
Family returns application form, with $20 processing fee, and Parent Questionnaire.
School schedules a brief visit for you and your child in a preschool classroom.
Family completes and return all paperwork to Greenwood:
- Enrollment Contract (2 copies)
- Registration Form
- Medical Information Form
- Medical Information Card
- Early Dismissal and Emergency Form
- Grandparent Information
- Field Trip Permission
- Fundraising Sign-up
- Photo/Video Release
- Preschool Information Form
Parents attend the scheduled Early Childhood Parent Orientation shortly before school starts.
Just before school starts, the child and parent make a brief visit to the classroom to meet the teacher and become familiar with the classroom.
