Pennsylvania Manual I thought it was worth posting this because Deb Kiner wrote that it loads quickly. It might
be more convenient for some of you to use, although we also have the hard copy of it. The year for it is 2005, but that's
the current available publication. We are still waiting for the next edition to be published. You will need Adobe to read
it, but they give an Adobe download link on the site, if you need it.
