Born June 8 ,1906 in Patton son of the late John and Catherine (Sherwin) Makepeace . Preceded in death by brother Robert and sister Edna . Survived by widow former Verna Dubreucq and daughter June Marie wife of James Smith Lansdale also grandsons David and Graig Smith Formerly worked for Berwind -White Coal Co. Last employed by Richland School District . Member of UMWA; Lodge 538 , F. & A.M. Williamsport Consistory and United Commercial Travelers . Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at R. 94. Florence J Frycklund

ROBERTS - Florence J., 98, Masonic Eastern Star Home, Pittsburgh, formerly
of Cresson and Ebensburg, died June 23, 1999, at the home. Born June 13,
1901, in Patton, daughter of the late Axel and Clara (Sherwin) Frycklund.
Preceded in death by husband, Byron "Barney," and daughter, Joyce. Survived
by son, Ronald M., Johnstown; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren;
and special family, Ray and Lois Stiver, with whom she resided for several
years. At request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Private
committal service at Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg, Pastor Robert Hand
officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners
Children's Hospital, Masonic Eastern Star Home, or a church of your choice.
