In that same party arriving 9/21/1886, there is a Marion Rising Elk (Rising bull?). which seems like a lot of coincidences (espeically with Marion). So Marion rising Elk. (rg 1329). Cheyenne. Father listed as Rising Elk. Arrived 9/21/1886, aged 14. departmed 7/6/1886, send home ill.
