Triangle Crater

Williston, Vermont

Thanksgiving Day with the hospitality of the Vermont in-laws, as is our habit these many years. "Let's see what we can find," I says to JR, opening up the laptop and ripping his phone cord out of the wall. Thanks be to God! A cache within a mile of the house - we can get it before the turkey comes out of the oven! So we did. The drive and the hunt took about twenty minutes. My first out-of-state find.

The coordinates pointed to a small triangle of land at the corner of a small park - roads on two sides, a ball field on the other. For a small place, it entertains lots of living creatures!

So here we are, cache in hand, enjoying the little beautiful things in this odd crater in the middle of an odd park. That would be JR over there on the right, and you probably already know me.

Visit the cache page (but there's not much there).

Back to geocache list.

I look cold, don't I? Well, I was!

And that's all there is, except, Happy Thanksgiving! And thanks to orange74thing for an unexpected pleasure!
