Carnival Cruise Lines,
I am sending this request for help to you because
I am not having much
luck with my previous approach to resolve our problem prior to our
cruise. Our problem is
not with a cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines but with "Costa Cruises",
a cruise company owned by
Carnival. Any assistance you can offer to resolve this problem will be
greatly appreciated. Any reply to this request for help will be more
than I have received from Costa Cruises.
Our travel agent, Sheila Stulir (sstulir@southernny.aaa.com), has spent
many hours trying to resolve our transfer issue with Costa Cruises and
has been
unsuccessful. Attached is a copy of the latest e-mail I sent to Costa Cruises. We
haven't received any replies from Costa
Cruises to any of our e-mails, not to mention, no resolution to our transfer
problem.
My wife and I have cruised many times (with Princess, another cruise
company owned by Carnival) but this is our first cruise with Costa Cruises and
we have never seen transportation from
an airport to a cruise ship as screwed up as this one by Costa Cruises.
As I said before, any assistance you can offer will be greatly
appreciated and I regret having to contact you with a problem on a
"sister cruise line" (Carnival
Cruise Lines - Vacation Interchange Privileges).
Thank you for any help on this
