Habitat for Humanity

Anyone who is interested in helping to build homes for people in need should speak to the Ben Rutt family. They can tell you first-hand how rewarding it is to know that you are helping others. If you are interested in joining Habitat for Humanity, call Cindy at her home office.

If you do not have the time or the takent to help, donations would also be appreciated. A box of nails costs $5.00; a window costs $79.00; a roof of shingles costs $123.00; and a front door costs $179.00. A home for a child is priceless.

Please call the church office (610-863-6859) to save a spot or get a ride to this time of praise and sharing.

They would also like to add sweaters to the gifts that will be given to the residents of Gracedale for Christmas. If you have any gently used men's sweaters (pullovers or front-opening), sweatshirts, or fleeces, in sizes small through 3X that you would like to donate, please drop them in the bin in the Narthex.

The Social Ministry Committee has purchased Christmas cards which will be sent to Miranda Sandt (daughter of Scott and Karen Sandt) and other soldiers in Iraq. We are asking each of you to sign one for Miranda and another for a soldier and leave it in the basket so we can send them out by December 1st.

Please save your used (received) Christmas cards. Place them in the box on the table in the overflow area of the church. Nurseing homes and nursery schools can use them for craft projects.
