The USS Scranton Base is proud to host this year’s (2007) D2/D5 joint business meeting & social event, on Friday, 26 Oct and Saturday, 27 Oct.

This will be a first rate affair, and we strongly advise you all to bring your wives/girlfriends with you.

We have 25 beautiful rooms reserved (more can be had if needed)  at the Comfort Suites-Scranton, which is located at Exit 182 (Montage Mountain) off I-81.

These rooms are all non-smoking and will have either 2 Queen Beds or a King-sized bed, depending on your choice.  These rooms will cost $70.00 per night and includes a very fine free breakfast buffet.

If we book at least 25 rooms for each night, then we will be able to have a Hospitality Suite (with fireplace) for our use on Friday and Saturday evenings at no charge!

We will have the Business Meeting on Saturday morning at 0900 at the hotel, break for a catered lunch at 1200 hrs, and then resume the meeting at about 1300 hrs.

The catered lunch will cost $12.00 per person and will include the following:

Garden Salad, Cole Slaw, Sliced Top Round of Beef, Roast Turkey, Assorted Cheeses, Breads and Rolls , and your choice of Apple or Pecan Pie for dessert.
