It is becoming more common for females to be exiled into the non-custodial parent's life...We also suffer the same injustices of the non-custodial fathers...I surf frequently for sites on this issue....The question: Why do you call your site a father's site? It makes it sound like all women are custodial and the enemy....I have been non-custodial for over 11 years, and it has been 11 years of HELL!! As I read some of the stuff on your site, I can relate to it, from personal experience. Our numbers are growing, and we need to join forces in the fight for our children's right of access to both parents....I don't mean to sound rude or harsh...It's just that it aggravates me to imply that only the men are being persecuted......Thank you for your time. I joined the service to provide a life for my child's mother and then she told me I was not the father and never to talk to her again but then three years later after I was married had another child and been in the Army for a while she files for support because she couldn't draw welfare anymore she tells them finally it was me and they made me do a paternity test and the child was my daughter. We went to court and I only made 1200 a month but they made me pay 450 because the mother won't work and made me pay even more in arrears because she was pregnant with someone else's child and had "diminished work capacity". I had to pay more money so she could be pregnant with her drug dealing and abusing boyfriend. She would not even give me a picture of my daughter. She was 6 the past Jan 15th and I have no clue what color her eyes are or hair is, but I got medically discharged from the Army on total disability and she sent the paperwork down here to TN and I may be going to jail because I can't work. I am going to college because she is greedy and lazy and hateful I lose out on seeing my other 3 children with my wife of almost 6 years because of a child who I will never get to see because her mother won't let me and keeps moving constantly because her boyfriend is always in trouble with the law (I think they are married now). Do you have any resources or help that you know of or can provide to help me figure this out? Thank you I wish I had visitation or custody but I guess I can dream on.HUH Any Suggestions SAUGUST 2000
My Husband lives in Kentucky and Has a son in Minnesota. He has called his ex-wife and every time she has some excuse why he can't come to see his dad. Cameron is 3 years old and needs his dad as much as his dad needs him. We don't have the money to fight her for visitation. We need help. If you have and suggestions could you please e-mail us . Hi we have been a stepfamily for 4 years since my husband son was 1 .visitation is every other weekend.Now all of a sudden his ex wants one on one with just his father after he has known all of for 4 years.he has 3 sisters and a baby brother.Her claim is he works when his son is visiting.The court date is neexk week.Please share your opinion with me..thanks!S

I am in the midst of a custody case with my new husband. I fully support his right to fight to see his child. Unlike many step moms, I have never been allowed to form a relationship with my stepdaughter. She has been with held from us since my husbands ex wife found out about me. She used the courts and cps to support her allegatons of sexual abuse and we have been in this fight for two years now, and still my husband has no contact with his child. The system is the first to shout we are for the family unit and to rebuild it in hopes of preserving it, but when you have judges, case workers etc, that interview one side and the other parent has t o remain silent without hope of even being question you wonder what is really the best interest of the child? I would like to communicate with others that may be going through this horrible ordeal and to be part of a support group the second wives are as affected as the parent.I am looking for documentation that follows the effects of long term seperation of a child and parent, namely the father. My husband has not been allowed to speak to nor see his daughter in 2 years, hopefully within the next few months we will get before a jury to determine custody. this case also involves false allegations of sexual abuse any info that will add fuel to our case will be greatly appreciated

To who it may concern:I have just re-adjusted my child support thru court and are also re-paying on my arrearages,and still have been denied any and all contact with my two dauhters due to my ex-wifes choice to not have me in their lives anymore.it has been close to 3 years since i have seen my children. i dont know where to turn,nor do i have the resources to hire an attorney.is there any organization that you know of that my be able to help me?i reside 1200 miles away from my children,which it makes it even harder to try to think of a way to regain the joint custody that i was awarded back in 1992.please,if there is any suggestions you might have that would help me,i would greatly appreciate any and all help and information you could supply me in this matter.
I live in southern Illinois,my children live in rhode island.i do understand that payment of child support and visitation are two totally different matters.but that still is not stopping my ex-wife from completely cutting me off from my daughters,now ages 14 and 12.and i do know that there are legal ways of going about correcting her stand on this matter,but as i stated earlier,i do not have the resources to bring her back to court.what i am looking for is to find an agency or organization that might be able to help me out in any way.i dont know where else to turn.

LOOKING FOR DOCUMENTATION FOR JOINT CUSTODY
Hi: I am a father who has been involved in his son's life from the beginning. I won at one point, (being prose), joint physical custody for a six month off six month on basis. I am supposed to have one more turn, but they are trying to use a psychologist that they used before to help over turn the new judge decision.If you know of any cases or books, but mostly cases, I can read that is in favor for Joint Physical custody, I would appreciate it.

Lynn`s father was killed in an industral accident in the early 80`s The company name is/was Janney Cylinder Co. Lynn graduated from Neshaminy Sr high Langhorne PA. They where married Thanksgiving day in 1976. Dale and Lynn`s last known address was 84 E Enfield Feasterville PA.
