Due to the tremendous amount of support everyone is contributing on behalf of Mikalah, it is time we organize ourselves.  I will be listing events and fundraisers with contact information so people can make plans to attend.   This will also help cancel out the chance people are planning the same type of benefit and allow them to concentrate their efforts into one great event instead of many small good ones.   I'll update this as information becomes available to me.
