estate of John Christie

Apparent purpose of deceased.
Youngest son – John Christie 200 A. of the farm of land
he lived on at the time of his decease including buildings. Balance of estate
to these three children:
Sons – William and Andrew and daughter Elizabeth Christie (now Rea)
If absent legatees Daniel and Rosannah Christie (now Kerr) should appear
the above named legatees agree to pay to said Daniel and Rosannah their proportional
part.
