The other day I tried to log on to The Internet, but it happened to be
at a time when the Internet was drifting away from me, and I couldn't
get enough slack in my bandwidth to hook up. Finally, the Internet
bounced back off the far wall of Cyberspace. But as it approached me,
it sort of twisted about 90 degrees, so that when I finally connected I
was looking at all the websites end on. I couldn't view any of the
pages; all I saw was the edge of each page's nearest frame -- and all
the code and animated gif motors sticking out the back.
