Who or What is AA3JU?

AA3JU is a holder of an Extra Class ham radio license. (Gotten when "Extra Class" meant something) An active contester, an avid Mobile HF operator and member of the East Cars. He is an U.S.A.F. MARS operator missionary relay station and is a VE for both W5YI and ARRL VEC programs.
