Recipe exchange:

Cream of Zucchini Soup

Bring to a boil:

4 ½ cup grated zucchini with skins, without seeds
½ cup finely chopped or grated onion
2 cups water
3 chicken bullion cubes
Salt and pepper to taste

Add in:

½ cup butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk

Heat thoroughly. Serve with sprinkled shredded sharp cheese, melted on top if desired.
