What first attracted us to this quiet home on the water 30 years ago, was the family atmosphere. You won't find any sterile concrete piers, and there is grass everywhere. There are barbecues all the time, and Sam, the previous owner, used to watch out for all his tenants from the lovely stone home that overlooks the point. This is now Enzo’s Waterfront
