WORKSHOP MEETING – November 25, 2014

 

 

Workshop was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

 

Those in attendance:  Roy Keiper, Ed Wall, John George, Priscilla Keeney, Abe Brister

 

SUIT-KOTE CONTESTED INVOICE:

 

A letter and a revised invoice was presented for review. Roy Keiper made the motion to send the letter, a revised invoice, and a check for $102,361.92. The remaining balance of $41,529.27, will be held in reserve until all parties come to an agreement. Ed Wall seconded, all agreed motion carried.

 

Litchfield Township – additional items:

 

Litchfield Township had some items for the Grader that was just purchased from them. For an additional $1,000.00, we can purchase the following:

 

6 tire chains; 1 rim and spare tire with 50% wear; 2 Fuel Filters; 2 Air Filters; Fuel Injector Lines (complete set); hydraulic hose for mold board; and a cable control.

 

Ed Wall made the motion to purchase these items for the asking price of $1,000.00. Roy Keiper seconded, all agreed, motion carried.

 

The Old Grader

Still trying to decide what to do with it. Waiting for info on a motor.

 

Building Inspections:

Rome Township Supervisors are interested in adding additional choices to residents for building permits and inspections other than Code Inspections. Roy has talked to Rick Potter in LeRaysville and Erb Inspections out of Lawrenceville, PA. The suggestion was made to invite them to a meeting to discuss options.

 

Ed Wall made the motion to adjourn, John George seconded, all agreed, motion carried. Workshop meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
