Guest: Ken Rotz from Keystate Publishers presenting a codification proposal

John George called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m

Public Comment Period:

Roy Keiper spoke on behalf of resident Greg Wood. Greg is requesting 2 Hidden Driveway signs by his property.

Ken Rotz gave his presentation

Ken explained the codification process and presented some examples of what the end product would look like. Keystate Publishers had given a quote in February 2013 of $4500. Ken said the price would be the same. Mr. Rotz left at 7:35 p.m.

John George wanted to go back to open comment. A resident called John regarding putting a sign on their road to slow traffic down. The resident has a child with a disability. John had a concern regarding state guidelines and how to determine if the need is valid. The resident’s road is a state route and John wondered if there was a process to determine the need. This will be looked into further.

Peggy Hughes subdivision was presented as a resubmission. There were no comments. The Secretary was instructed to sign off on the subdivision.
